Acceptance of Orders & Merchandise

All orders placed on BeautyMafia are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for resale purposes without prior written agreement.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for reference purposes. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations in colour or dimensions may occur due to photography conditions or manufacturing tolerances. Such variations do not constitute grounds for a return or refund.

• Promotional prices apply only during the stated promotional period

Shipping & Delivery

BeautyMafia ships worldwide. Free shipping is available on all orders over $199. Delivery times vary depending on destination and chosen shipping method.

EU / Domestic: Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Express options may be available at checkout.

International: For international shipments, BeautyMafia is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or any additional charges imposed by the destination country. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
• BeautyMafia is not liable for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance
• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier

Prices & Payment

All prices are listed exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and bank transfer where applicable. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
• Items marked as non-returnable, custom-made, or final sale are not eligible
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet the return conditions.

Limitation of Liability

BeautyMafia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific order. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

General

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between BeautyMafia and the customer. No verbal or written modifications to individual orders shall be binding unless confirmed in writing by BeautyMafia.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.

Resale

Products purchased from BeautyMafia are intended for professional and personal use. Resale of our products is permitted only with prior written approval. Unauthorised bulk purchasing for resale purposes may result in order cancellation and account suspension.

Special Sales & Discounts

Advertised discounts and promotional pricing may apply to specific marked items only. Sale pricing cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. BeautyMafia reserves the right to modify or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Discounts do not apply to previously placed orders. Price adjustments after purchase are not available.

Marketing & SMS Communications

By providing your contact details, you may receive order-related communications such as shipping confirmations and invoices. Promotional marketing messages are sent only with your explicit consent.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email, or by contacting us directly. For SMS messages, reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

No purchase is necessary to receive or opt out of marketing messages.

Use of Phone Numbers

Your phone number is used solely to provide services related to your order, including order updates and support. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
