Sales Policies

BeautyMafia is not responsible for installation or assembly of any items purchased. Professional installation of equipment such as facial chairs, pedicure chairs, and diagnostic devices is the responsibility of the customer.

• BeautyMafia is not responsible for ensuring the compatibility or suitability of any product with the specific requirements of your salon or clinic environment — please verify specifications before ordering
• Customers are responsible for verifying that all electrical building codes, certifications, and safety standards in their country are met prior to installation
• BeautyMafia is not responsible for any knowledge of electrical building codes or laws — always check with your local authorities before purchasing equipment that requires electrical connection (e.g. biohacking devices, diagnostic equipment, facial chairs)

Payment Policies

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and bank transfer. All payments must be completed in full before an order is processed and dispatched.

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners, and UnionPay cards
• We do not accept personal cheques, money orders, or cash on delivery
• All transactions are secured via SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment gateways
• BeautyMafia does not store full card details

Shortage, Damages & Loss in Transit

BeautyMafia takes great care in packaging all orders to minimise risk of damage in transit. However, in the event that your order arrives damaged, short-shipped, or lost, please follow the procedure below:

• Inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt — do not sign for delivery if packaging is visibly damaged without noting the damage on the delivery documentation
• Report any shortages or visible damage to BeautyMafia within 48 hours of receipt by contacting us at contact@beautymafia.pl
• Retain all original packaging materials — claims may be denied if items are not in original packaging
• Provide photographic evidence of damage or shortage when submitting a claim

BeautyMafia will work with the carrier to resolve transit damage claims. Resolution may take up to 10 business days. BeautyMafia reserves the right to repair, replace, or issue a credit for damaged items at its discretion.

Electronic Products & Devices

All electronic products sold by BeautyMafia — including biohacking devices, diagnostic equipment, and electrically operated chairs — carry a limited warranty unless otherwise noted on the product page.

• Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period specified on the product page
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only — it does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or neglect
• BeautyMafia reserves the right to repair or replace defective electronic items rather than issue a refund
• Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories included to process a warranty claim

Free Warranty Policy

BeautyMafia offers a complimentary warranty period on eligible products after 1 year. Limited warranty coverage may vary depending on the product category. Please refer to the individual product listing for warranty details.

Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. The warranty does not cover consumable parts, aesthetic wear, or damage caused by third-party modifications.

The Warranty Guarantee

BeautyMafia warrants products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal professional use. During the warranty period, BeautyMafia will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective part or product free of charge.

Limitation of Return

BeautyMafia accepts returns under the following conditions. Please contact us before returning any item — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original factory packaging with all original accessories
• A return authorisation number (RMA) must be obtained from BeautyMafia before shipping any item back
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a BeautyMafia error (e.g. wrong item sent, manufacturing defect)
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been assembled, used, or installed
• Custom-made or special-order products
• Items without original packaging
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Consumable accessories or hygiene-related products

How to Initiate a Return (Step-by-Step)

1. Contact BeautyMafia at contact@beautymafia.pl or call +48 792 606 117 within 14 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
3. Our team will review your request and issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number if approved
4. Securely package the item in its original packaging and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box
5. Ship the item to the address provided by our team — we recommend using a tracked shipping service
6. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–10 business days

Terms & Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions on the beautymafia.pl website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. BeautyMafia reserves the right to update these terms at any time — continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
